How can I get refund, exchange or warranty information about my furniture?
Please contact our store and one of our trained customer service agents will be happy to assist you.

How should I clean my upholstery?
Our upholstery products have a tag located under one of the seat cushions or under the unit itself. The tag shows a universal cleaning code.

I need assembly instructions for my furniture. Where can I get them?
If the item(s) you purchased require assembly, detailed instructions should have been included in the carton. If they were missing or you have misplaced them, please submit the following information: a copy of your original sales receipt, your name, fax number or mailing address and the model number(s) you need to assemble. 

I recently moved, and in the move, a drawer handle was damaged on my dresser. Help?
Often damaged parts can be replaced. If you need to get a replacement part for a product, contact our store for assistance.

How does your delivery service work?  
Orders placed within our local delivery area will arrive on our trucks. A customer service person will call to arrange delivery. It is important for someone to be home to accept the delivery on the scheduled day, otherwise a redelivery charge will be incurred.

Are there warranties available?
Expressway Furniture honors all manufacturers' warranties. Depending on the type of furniture you select, the warranty will vary. If you would like more specific information about the warranty for the furniture you are considering, please call us at (215) 752-0911. Extended warranty programs are also available.

Do you have a cancellation and refund policy?
Please call the store directly at (215) 752-0911 as our policy may differ depending on the item selected.

Where can I find the dimensions of a piece of furniture?
All dimensions are displayed in our online showroom under the product details for each piece of furniture.

What credit cards do you accept?
We accept American Express as well as most debit cards.

I have found the similar item I want to buy from you on another website for a lower price. Can you match their price so I can purchase it from you?
We will not be undersold. If you find the same item with a lower price elsewhere online, please e-mail us with a link or an attachment of the advertisement, and we will match its price, guaranteed! On top of that, whenever possible, we will even beat the price, to continue bringing the best prices anywhere. Please note that price matching involves the complete purchasing price, along with all shipping costs and taxes. All advertisements must be current and not part of a store wide clearance or similar offer.  PRICE CAN ONLY BE MATCHED AT TIME OF PURCHASE.

What if something is wrong with the furniture (damaged/missing parts)?
We strive to carry quality brands and deliver your new furniture in perfect condition. If something is wrong with your furniture, we will do everything we can to help you. Often the manufacturer wants to be contacted directly. The manufacturer usually handles part replacements. There will be a note in the literature that comes with your furniture that will direct you on who to call in the event that parts are needed.
